A mear 3 months until May 1st. Mentally that’s when I really, really start getting fired up about the open water season. Lots of snow should make for good water depth this year.

With the temps we are having here this year you may have to add another Month to that date – I sure hope not !!!!

February will produce a thaw with decent temps, so will March, as long as the snow goes down before the March storms we will be OK.
