Talk about throwing a Hail Mary….
Whatever happened to that 2023 $17,500,000,000 surplus we had????
When I read the tile then saw Tim walz I thought he was the joke.
New avian flu spending amidst budget cuts?
The girls’ egg business is finally kicking a** with people lined up to buy them $6 a dozen and laying hens going for $40 a pop. Don’t mess with success Walz
Projections from the STATE’S page show revenues decreasing in the face of remaining or in some cases increasing expense.
Pet projects will need to go.
He’s gonna have to walk back his spending as well as his taxing to support his presidential run. Too many holes in his administration that will not stand up to scrutiny ( in my humble opinion)
This is as a father of 2 kids with a 3rd on the way…
We cannot afford the paid worker leave legislation. I am 100% pro family, pro workers’ rights, etc. but that’s just a Hail Mary item that comes with unknown expenses.
Also saw new legislation about state sales tax on banking, brokerage, legal and accounting services. They can never cut anything without getting it back in another form.

he is…….your not wrong!!!!!!
Did you see he is exploring a run at President next cycle? That gave me both a good chuckle and the cold sweats at the same time. If only he would go away…..

If only he would go away…..
That would be nice!! Then we would be Unburdened By What Has Been!!!!
I got a good chuckle watching him cheer on a crash of stock for a American electric car company. That’s how sad our mn leader is. Guys nothing but a joke.

Watching an elected official cheer the issues of an American company is almost unbelievable. When I saw it I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.
There should be repercussions for behavior like this.
You better be nice on what you say about him. He said that he could kick most of our a$$es.

The state of MN has 1.6 Billion (with a B) shares of Tesla stock for investments. And he ” Gets a chuckle every morning when he sees Tesla stock is down”.
Let that sink in. Every MN citizen essentially loses when it goes down, and yet, he’s chuckling.

When he called himself a knucklehead he meant it.
I thought Dems were for EV cars to combat climate change. He’s not a leader. Can’t even lead his party in the state. State had a $16-$17 billion surplus, he wanted $1000 to go back to each taxpayer. His party said no, you can give back $250 or $260. He said OK. WTF!! Timmy should have said $1000 or I’m not signing any bills you send to me. Easy enough.

That was just a ploy to get votes and nothing more. He had his sites on important things like a Loon project and other wasteful things. The Tesla money they lose in the stock market will only hurt the state pension fund which should have them speaking up but I suppose they might get fired by Tampon Timmy.
Take it easy on him fellas. He wears a camo hat and went pheasant hunting once.

I’m sure he’s thinking about this. But the way his ticket got throttled in November, not to mention all his history, he doesn’t have a snowballs chance in hell. I’ve heard some national Democrat news people say the same thing. I think Tim is a bit delusional.

Not sure if he ever got that shotgun loaded. Pathetic POS !
Sadly Tampon Timmy is still probably better than Peggy Flanagan would be. It’s amazing how this state finds and elects these crooks.
When is the last time a presidential candidate has started off their campaign this early and been even close to relevant come time for the primaries? Never, that’s when. They have a lot of losers better than him. He’ll be the first candidate to have peaked when he was defeated.

It’s million (with a M). 1.6 billion would be like 48% of all outstanding shares. The 1.6 million shares are about 1% of the total value of the states holdings.
