Three of us just walked down there last night, and MAN was it cold!!! I’m sure I saw a few ‘eyes near the shore, but no takers. The dam is so far from the water now, you wouldn’t believe it. They moved a bunch of rock in there, which we walked on, and THAT’S even a ways from the water now. The problem is the walleye have no place to really spawn now with no hard surfaces in the water like in the past, but I figured that’d still be the place to fish for em because there was a bit of gravel in places. It’s crazy out there people. I’ll try to get some pics sometime.
It’s really sad. I’d take flooding at this point to get some water in the lakes.
