Oh yeah!!!! It’s that time of the year for me! Cooler days and even cooler nights mean I can easily get that low temperature in the smoker perfect for some smokey,delicious jerky! This year I will be making the biggest batch O’ jerky I have ever done at one time! 60 pounds- yes 60, not a fat finger typo- of top round being sliced today, to cure for the weekend jerky smoking marathon! I can taste it all ready! The neighbors had better not waste any time getting to the house to get thier share or it will be gone.
