I made beef jerky this weekend with the ham glaze recipe used at Easter and it was pretty good. I brushed it on the meat and let it sit overnight. My teeth are sore from eating too much jerky!!
1/2 cup honey (I substituted maple syrup)
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
I also added a tablespon of salt which was definitely not too much.
