A good option for fish tacos if you want them grilled. Dice up some peppers, onions, cilantro and squeeze some lime juice onto them. Throw the veggies on some tinfoil and grill for a few mins. Then throw your choice of fish…walleye, crappie, etc in with the veggies. Coat the fish with a little taco seasoning. Grill til the fish flakes apart.

Warm some tortillas on the grill and serve the fish and veggies with some avocado and cilantro. If you want to be real fancy make up some avocado and cilantro aoli to dip or add to the tacos.

Fried tacos from one of my local bars in town, or go to a really legit place in East Saint Paul. Taqueria Los Paisanos. Tough to find better tacos.
