Feels like it is coming fast. I’m guessing starting this week around the cities and maybe peaking next week?
That’s my gut feeling. Funny how last week I had no intentions then all of a sudden yesterday I noticed things in the woods growing that tipped me off. Anyone hear anything? They pulling them in Iowa yet?
I saw a post here yesterday that maybe Iowa was beginning to pop. I look for 50 degree nights. Plenty wet here in the SE so we should see a decent year.

I was at my farm in Richland Couty, WI yesterday and took a look for the small greys – nothing. Lots of green moss in the right places, so just need the ground temp to heat up. I don’t know th name of these violet colored flowers, but when I see them beginning to pop, its time. Still a little early yet by us

Roger that. I’ll bet next week. More times than not it falls right around the Wis fishing opener. I cant wait to eat some.
