I’d be fine with that weather guy having written this up while tanked. And off about fifty degrees on the positive side.

Starting next Wednesday it’s a high of 13 in Alexandria.

We are getting ice making cold. Keep your fingers crossed that the wind stays down

I was hoping with these temps that Osakis would lock up by next weekend but looking at the predicted winds I don’t think that is going to happen. Some of the protected bays may become walkable though.

Come Dec.18th, I’m packing the truck, wheeler, and heading north, there will be ice fishing somewhere, just gonna have to find it.

If the forcast holds, I think by the 17th we should be good out this way for some ice fishing. I’m sure even by this upcoming weekend the young guys will be checking out the shallow lakes around here!

Bring on the ice.

Anybody up in the Devils lake area check out how Dry Lake is doing? It should be ready to at least walk on this weekend.
