AnonymousInactive Posts: 0 January 2, 2015 at 11:14 am #1491117 yes, they do have a built in regulator, and when it fries, it provide 12 volts to the H2O(instead of 3 volts), and fries it too. I would but rechargeable batteries if I could do it all over again.
