Is Trempealeau landing open?

    Has anyone been putting their boat in at Trempealeau landing yet? If so any luck?

    Landing is open. Fishing was so-so yesterday (Mar 17) 5 sauger over couple hrs roll

    It is all open now,with miscellaneous ice chunks floating.Slow dragging plastics are getting the better fish.River conditions are cold and slow.Hope the snow melts the same,don’t want any deluges.

    Thanks for the info I just put up a post asking if Tremp landing was open. If weather decent this weekend it is close to home and makes a good shake down trip.

    Fishing has been slow for me out of the Tremp landing, and from what I’ve seen when I’m out, slow for the other boats as well. We’ve hooked two fish total, and they were spread out. Water temp is 38, so could still use some warming up yet. The pods of fish I did find, had no interest in biting.
