    Hey do you know why they replaced all the Iowa football fields with artificial turf?

    To keep the cheerleaders from grazing at halftime.

    smoked bullhead is the only way to go in my book.
    find me a school of those critters and I will show you how to smoke ’em !!
    of course Iowaboys method of smoking bullheads involves a fuse and a ,er,uh,ahem.

    im have never smoked bullheads….cats a lot but not bullheads.
    I will have to try that next time I get a mess of them.

    I dont remember the recipe for smoked bullheads but I do remember it was sweet with brown sugar and soy sauce.
    dont filet them out,cut the tails and head off as well as gut them.
    split the belly from the tail to where the head would of been attached.
    brine them and smoke them with the skin on,peel the meat out of the skin when done.

    that exactly how I cook them… head off skinned/gutted grin but I leave the tail on for a nice crispy treat!

    dont know bout that part,when I say smoke em,I mean with a couple pounds of tannerite,when it goes off there is nothing left but ash.
