Insurance carrier for rental properties?

    Hoping someone might have a good suggestion for an insurance carrier/company for rental properties located in N Minnesota.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Any independent broker should be able to give you a quote.
    I believe Northstar is my current carrier.
    I never have had a claim not much help.

    Mocha- I’m a independent broker, have an agency in Woodbury Mn. We are appointed with a lot of different carriers that will insure rentals. Shoot me an email if you would like to discuss options.
