    InstantPot Philly Cheesesteak Pasta

    Ingredients
    1 pound ground beef
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 yellow onion diced
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 green bell pepper diced
    8 ounces mushrooms, minced
    2 tablespoons ketchup
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    2 cups beef broth
    8 oz medium shell pasta
2 cups shredded cheese (provolone, swiss, or mozzarella)
    1/4 cup sour cream

    Instructions
~ Melt the butter and add ground beef. Once the ground beef has browned, add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
~ Add onion, garlic, green pepper, and mushrooms. Stir and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
~ Add the ketchup and beef broth. Stir to combine.
~ Add pasta and stir to combine. Cover and seal the lid and cook for 5 minutes on high pressure. Quick release once it’s done.
~ Add cheese and sour cream, and place the lid back on top for a minute or two for cheese to start to melt. Stir to combine and enjoy!

I REALLY need to get an InstaPot. Especially since we’re an active family with kids in sports, etc. Seems like a meal accelerator and it would really open up our options when time’s a factor. I guess I’ve been avoiding it because it almost feels like cheating,(IE you cant rush tenderness and juicy-ness) but that’s such a dumb point of view and I need to get over it! Homemade is Homemade!
