    Hello,

Looking for cheap indoor boat storage anywhere in the east/south east metro this winter. End of Nov – April. Boat measures 24′, motor to coupler. Any recommendations would be much apricated.

    Thanks!

    Curious what you consider “cheap”.

Agreed. That’s a pretty relative term.

I charge a buddy and my neighbor $300 each to store their fishing boats in a shed on our family property. They’ve never scoffed at it and said it’s probably worth double for their 18′ fishing boats. If I didn’t know them it’d surely be double.

We break “even” when I put them to work on my other projects.

Prices for storage are all over the map. I am planning on storing mine at the following place I found this season on marketplace. Personally I would consider this pretty cheap compared to some that I have seen. If you have Facebook here is the link. Not sure if they will let you put it in that late at this place.

Under $300 for the season is definitely cheap. Everything I’ve been finding is over $500. I’ll check this one out. Thanks dhpricco!

Yeah, that is a good deal. I’m paying $500 for heated in outstate MN, but my rig is just shy of 25′.

Im paying $150 to a buddy from the nearby bar to store my boat this year. First time using him. Its close to my house so that is convenient.

I better find a buddy. I’ve been paying $85. a month with no heat but 12 month access and power.

Yeah, he is going to let me plug my boat in all winter too. Great dude!

I’m looking for storage right now too actually. I’ve been storing mine at one of my buddy’s coworker’s pole barn. Super cheap. $125. However every year there’s a problem storing them and taking them out in the spring. He’s either not there when he says he will be there or like last year he told us to come up and we could store them and we got there and his pole barn was full. Had no room for us. Not dealing with that crap again. I messaged the marketplace ad that the previous post mentioned. That’s plenty cheap but I will be fishing into November and hopefully before April.

I pay 5 bucks a foot per month for heated/cooled indoor with power and 24/7 access. That is just shy of 1500 bucks a year.
