In this new series called “On Location” – James Holst and PJ Vick are on location on the Rainy River open water fishing for walleyes. Get a sneak peak of what worked and what didn’t work before the show airs on Sunday!

Saw pj eating a burger Sunday night. Fished Monday through noon on Wednesday and got 290 fish. With 5 over 28. Didn’t want to leave Wednesday as we did 3 passes and got 3 over 27 and lost 2 other good ones. Would like to get back up soon

Looking forward to it guys toast

It was nice saying hi to PJ Tuesday morning at the ramp, you’re as nice a person when the camera is off as when it’s on bow

We had a slower trip than usual this year, but still managed a couple piggys. I found a 29.5″ and my buddy broke is pb with an incredible 31″!

We were the guys trolling cranks by you in the little green Lund. They produced a lot of fish, but the bigger fish wanted jigs (the few we caught anyway)

A friend has a set up like that and guides for musky on the Wi River north of Wausau they’re excellent river boats and seeing more of them around. He’s used them for a long fora long time. Great show again and picked up some nice tips to try around here.
