    Just a reminder that I happened to see on another forum.

    Angling licenses expire on Saturday, Feb 29 and a new one will be required on Sunday, March 1.

    Additionally, all permanent ice houses must be removed by Monday, March 2 in the southern portion of the state. From the DNR’s website: If shelters are not removed, owners will be prosecuted. A conservation officer also may confiscate, remove or destroy any ice structure and its contents if not removed by the deadline.

    I just tried to renew my WI fishing license but 2020-2021 licenses wont be available until sometime in early March (so says the website).

    Are you sure they expire Feb 29? Says March 1 through April 30 following year.
