Purchased a new impact this spring and there is a rattle that occurs when anything causes vibration. Sounds like it’s inside the gunwhale/sporttrac. This should be a warranty issue I hope? Havnt wanted to deal with it this summer do to not wanting to be boatless most of the season. (Dealt with that all of may dealing with a slow dealer)

Just do what my dad always told me when I would hear a rattle in my truck. Just turn up the radio till it goes away.

Pretty much how the last 5 months have been. Just gets damn annoying in certain waves or if the trolling motor is working hard. Almost sounds like a rivot head rolling around, but it stays in the same general area

Probabaly a left over rivet bolt tool what have you. Not uncommon for Midwest boats to have some spare parts laying around inside. Annoying I’m sure. Well maybe not uncommon but I have see a few odd items left inside a new boat.

Starboard side where it could be a cable up against the hull? My old boat had some common rattles at the transom panels and the motor throttle cables.

Port side half way up. Curious what the dealer is going to say, because it’s got to be a crazy amount of work to figure out what it is. I’ve tried blowing air in the areas I could, but it won’t move. Was hoping it would work its way to the back and be able to be taken out.
