Images turned sideways?

If this is addressed in a previous post I apologize in advance for not seeing anything about this topic. I uploaded a couple of images and they show sideways from the original image. What can I do to correct what I submitted and what do I need to do in the future so they show correctly? Thanks!

For the short term, take your photos on your cell with the phone horizontal. (Don’t yell at me, you asked )

The other PITA option is to use a photo editing program. With Mac’s PREVIEW the .jpg photo needs to be EXPORTED as a .jpg, but these a orientation selection box in the export box that needs to be checked. Basically it strips the orientation code out of the photo and posts “normally”.

For the long term, we need a “rotate photo” feature built into the site. The main man @justdave is making all sorts of new O’s and 1’s so I’m not sure if this is something we’ll be seeing too soon.

That’s all I know and I’m sticking too it.

The photo was taken vertical in image112. As you can see it’s sideways as well.
