Of course I’m sure you didn’t notice during regular business hours…..
Of course not. Still need my fishing license as well. Been a bad spring, haven’t been out yet.

I got checked with the same tags last weekend but I had renewed online prior to going out. I showed him the receipt and all was well.
On the River, at least one water patrol will allow a person to renew on their smartphone in lou of a ticket.

Does that also require a couple of $20’s sticking out of the phone case, or is that just a “Chicago” thing? Asking for a friend.

I don’t think so. At one time we were talking about speeding tickets and he said he hasn’t given one out for 13 years. When I asked why? His response was “they’re too expensive”. 😳
Guess I’m not that guy. Sitting at my computer at work and it dawned on me that I bought registration for all 3 of my boats this winter. They are in a file at home.

I have mine but can’t find them… Good thing we’re not taking my boat this weekend
Why is it that boats and ATVs expire in the winter and snowmobiles the summer? That’s the dumbest thing ever at least if you are looking at it every day you have a constant reminder that you need to renew it.

And the registration on my boat trailer expires in February, when it’s tucked away in storage…

Yes, so you get them in the mail and have to try not to forget or even lose then for 3 months until you can put them on.

All trailers in MN expire in February they don’t pick out just the boat trailers

Yeah, yeah. I know. It is what it is.
il and have to try not to forget or even lose then for 3 months until you can put them o
Motorcycles expire in February as well. I never remember to bring them with when I get the bike out of storage but do have the registration and insurance cards on my phone. Got pulled over going home from storage on March 28 a couple years ago, the photos did the job and the cop was a good guy. No ticket, not even a warning.
Don’t forget, you can buy your trailer registration for 3 years. Makes it much easier!
Expiring off season made sense pre-internet. Can you imagine when it was yearly, 800,000 watercraft expiring the same day during the height of season that required a hand written registration in person !?
