Bummer to hear those who can’t attend! Hopefully we’ll catch you at the next one!

For those attending… here’s a sneak peak at my baked goods I’m bringing! Iced pumpkin cookies, ginger/molasses cookies, and cinnamon apple bread. 😋

Hope to see you guys over there tomorrow. I have to work in the morning but hope to finish up early. Not sure if I have much else to bring other than beer. Will have the boat to.

For those looking for other things to do in the area Osceola has a train ride, water fall to hike down to, PYs is a decent bar and good burgers. North of Osceola on the MN side is the Franconia sculpture garden. Its free and great place for the kids to run around. For those with boats running up river to the cliffs at Rock island is fun. To the south is where the Osceola train bridge crosses the river. There is also a large heron rookery down that way. The nests where full of birds a few weeks back and still should be.

Think Ill be running solo so if anyone wants to go for a boat ride let me know.

Sorry it was the “SWMBO and me”s 45th anniversary.
This was a trip back in time!!

We shared an evening out amongst all those that were in “Prom” attire! There were multiple group tables where we were!

Just a few from IDO have I ment, someday I WILL get to meet more. I really hope it went successful with multitudes attending!

I look forward to coordinating another gathering sooner than later! 😁

I feel terrible for not getting there, I was just heading out and grand daughter came with the great grand babies, time is short enough without missing family time.

No worries to those who weren’t able to attend! It’s been suggested that I coordinate more than just one of these a year so I’ll plan for a couple more this year yet. mrgreen toast

If anyone has location suggestions or fun ideas shoot me a message or text and I’ll keep them noted for future use!

It was a great time meeting you all, and Tac had the best of days with new people who would throw a stick for him. Almost made him tired enough to stop jumping for every cast while in the boat later that afternoon. Almost…
