*Conducted by Minnesota State Intercollegiate Athletics Department benefiting the Maverick Scholarship Fund
*Hosted by Maverick coaches and student athletes
Site: Lake Washington at Squirrel’s Nest Landing/Westwood Marina (northeast of Mankato)
Date: Saturday, February 5, 2011
Time: Opens at 10:00 a.m. for registration, hole selection, set up, visiting exhibitors and Schell’s beer tasting.
Contest starts at 12:00 Noon and ends at 3:00 p.m.
Tickets: $35 per particpant. Participant can purchase an additional hole for an additional $5. No age requirements for contest participation. No refunds will be given. Limited to first 3,000 entrants.
Prizes: Determined by fish weight and time entered. All 100 prizes will be awarded at the event. In case of cancellation on contest day due to bad weather, all prizes will be awarded through drawing of advance sale tickets (excludes cash prizes).
