I gotthis shelter in a package deal with a Trap Pro from a guy in town in a post ice season deal. The sled and frame are in great shape, but the skin is made from a sort of plastic tarp material. There are no markings inside to tell me who made the shack. I’m wondering if there are any old vets who can tell me where I might find a new cover or skin for this shelter.

I have seen similar units at Menards. Different material now and not sure of the exact size. I belive Shapell or some company spelled similar makes them. (the shacks that Menards has during the season.)

Hope this can get you somewhere. -Mark

If repair is an option you can order tape that sticks real good. We used tape to fix a Hideout that had mouse holes chewed in it. Order from http://www.tapebrothers.com they have many colors and it works great.

Otter Outdoors makes a repair kit that I believe will stick to about any material out there.

It comes in a kit with the adhesive and it not too bad for the price.

If you only have a couple areas to fix, this may work very well.

I believe 1 kit is approx $10.00. It will fit a few different areas depending on the size of the repair.

One could call Otter and get the exact size in each kit and go from there.
