Anyone have a certain pattern they like with their 2 man portables? I personally just drill 2 holes for the each of us.The one for the flasher & other for jigging or what have you.
Has anyone had a hole for their camera, another for flasher, and lastly one for fishing out of??
I know everyone has different model & brand portables, but would like to hear or see different ideas.

One hole in front of me for jigging with my flasher and one in front of the other seat for my deadstick. I will then put a tip up or tip down outside and proceed to catch fish.

I have an eskimo quickflip 3. I do a layout like a 5 on a dice. The middle hole is a little closer to the 2 holes nearest the seat. I run the locator in that hole and all 4 holes that are being fished can be seen easily. Closest two holes are for jigging. Back two holes are for bobber rods.

For myself just 2, 1 in front of me for flasher and jigging other out farther to deadstick, when a 2nd persons with me same for them whan the wifes along a hole close to the tub is added for her camera, as well as the other 4.

When sight fishing 2 away 1 at my feet for watching my bait.

For the camera, I drill a hole about 5-8 feet away from my jigging hole. So the camera itself is outside of the shack but the camera screen is inside. This get’s the camera a little farther away from my bait. This works well depending on water clarity.

I also do the dice number 5 layout when the honey or the kid goes with.
