Just wanted to pass along a 
to Vados Bait Express. I am headed north with a group of nine guys for a week long ice fishing trip. Did a little search and found http://www.vadosbait.com/ for ordering bulk wax worms. They promise to deliever before the weekend if ordered by Wednesday. Well On Wednesday, I receive a call from Vados stating they were concerned about shipping the bait in the cold temps, 
and being able to have them to me in time for my trip. They had run out of heat packs and could try sending them but wanted to talk to me before proceeding.
After talking with the “nicest lady ever”, she informed me that I could stop by their Retail store and she would ensure I get the shipping price and not be charged the retail cost. 
. She sent me written instructions to the store and copied me on the instruction to the retail staff on the cost I am to receive.
It is just nice to fine companies that take the extra effort to make a customer happy. I give them a 
and thought I would pass this along to other.
