Sunday’s episode will be in the hands of FSN by tomorrow morning and by midday the truck and sleds will be on their way north to Pasha Lake to, hopefully, tear up some big walleyes with Chad Thompson at Pasha Lake.

    I haven’t packed anything.

I still need to assemble my Otter Resort.

I need to swap the panfish gear OUT and bring the heavy sticks out of mothballs. Those pike are CRAZY big up there.

    Propane? I need a refill.

Camera gear? Still in a semi-organized pile where I put it when I got back from LOTW last week.

Gonna be a long night but trust me… I’ll have plenty of spring in my step. Can’t tell you guys how pumped I am to get back up there.

Anyone else have a trip planned for the coming weekend?

We had a trip to Leech planned, but had to scrap it due to the 8′ of snow and slush. None of us have snowmobiles and everyone was saying that travel off of the roads was nearly impossible in a truck.

On a good note, the lakes in southern MN are finally driveable so I’m going to put the big house out this weekend.

It’s kind of funny. Before new years, you had to go north of the cities because the lakes were covered in deep heavy snow. 2011, it’s southern MN that has the good ice and northern MN that’s covered in deep, heavy snow. Go figure.

Myself and 3 others are heading to upper red lake Tues-friday. Sounds like the bite has been pretty inconsistent as of lately. Hopefully Jonny P, wont let us down as we are staying in one of his sleepers. Well wish us luck and will give a full report when we return.

Leaving tomorrow to head to Mille Lacs for the weekend. Good friends + sleeper cabin + barley pops = great time.

Also going to try to get after them a little more this year. I’m excited to drive on the ice, us river fisherman have to drag our crap everywhere.

James, have a safe trip and looking forward to the next show. I wanted to get the boat out…backed in and my power head isn’t spitting any water. Was too nervous to run it, so packed up and came home Guess I’ll be chasing some pannies somewhere

Heading up to Gull with the Family for a weekend of fishing. However if you need an extra hand up in Canada James you just let me know I’m sure the family will understand.

Guess the good news is we all know you don’t sleep so you have plenty of time to get you list taken care of, and still have time on your hands.

Man I dunno what I’d do with all these problems

I’m just hoping to maybe may it out this season

Actually I’m hoping for a warm spell to get the boat in the water

Buddy’s taking the Dream shack to LOW this weekend, I bowed out to save Vacation time Catch 22 I guess.
