    I have one of each with are a few years old and the screens no longer go around or light up are they worth sending to vexilar for repair or somewhere else. thank curt

    I would say for sure it would be worth it. People are still paying top dollar for even an fl8. My brother in-law sold one this fall on EBAY for $150 and it was a model from the early 90’s

    Is the motor turning on when you flip to the x1 setting? If not it could be that. Send it in!!!! I just purchased one that was two years old for 300 and I would do it again in a heart beat. I think that a new motor will be in the neighborhood of 100 dollars apiece. Hope this helps. Call Vexilar and check it out though.

    send it in or at least call the repair shop……the unit is hardly a waste….

    thanks i will call customer service monday and send them in. Then they will both be for sale.
