It was a very wet weekend on the ice, however we were rewarded for our efforts with a mess of nice gills and crappies, the bite was great! I know Steve and I had one thing on our minds and that was a family fish fry. We were talking about our boys and how they have been asking to get out icefishing. Alex has been hounding me nonstop to take him out. It’s just to wet for me to drag him along at this point. We did get to enjoy a fish fry on Friday night and boy was it great. It sure feels good to be back on the ice

That’s my custom grip knife, thanks to the wife. The element in the dishwash is HOT

Those pics of a setting sun on the horizon are just bitter sweet. Marking the end of a gorgous day on the ice yet so breath taking to see. Nice job on the finned brethren!

I think we need to have a meeting to discuss re-financing all my stuff. It will probably take most of day.

Nice fish Bob. I was supposed to get out this weekend for the first time but now with the warm temps and rain coming it is going to wipe out most of the fishable ice in my area. Oh well, I guess it is back to the tackle box to re-re-re-re-re-organize it.
