Auger Rack

    I posted a whle back if anyone had used the “Johnsons Cargo System” auger and gear carrier. I didn’t get much feedback but ordered one anyway.

    Pretty simple install although the “directions” leave a bit to be desired.

    I think it will work well, very sturdy platform and auger rack. I’ll be putting it thru the paces over the next month.

    I had an auger rack that was almost the same – it was great! I would suggest putting reflective tape on the outside of the rack for your night fishing – my bags and gear blocked my tail light…

    nice rack, take some foam for wrapping water pipes and stick around. It should help with vibration and noise.

    Thanks for the tip – the sled is a ZR 700 so some of the vibration from the rack may actually cancel out some of the vibration from the motor -)
