Me and a buddy gave whitebear lake a try tonight 12-18-10. Fishing was kinda slow, fish were hugging the bottom and not wanting to commit to biting. Ended up getting a few eater walleyes a couple perch 1 tiny pike and a 38 inch muskie. Who woulda thought a muskie would find a tiny tear drop jig tipped with a single waxy appetizing. Sure was a fun fight on 2 lb test, took about 20 min.
