I am thinking about getting a new walleye jigging rod. Don’t fish out of a house so looking for a 28-32″ rod for jigging spoons[usually .25oz]. Any thoughts between TB solid glass outside rod or walleye sweetheart. Or maybe go cheaper with a Jason Mitchell meatstick. What do you guys think.
Walleye sweetheart 30″…I have two of these in medium, they are awesome, and versatile!
Thanks Luke, didn’t think I could go wrong with the sweetheart. Is the solid glass rod a lot less sensitive. I would imagine it would be but not sure. thanks again
I prefer the graphite…the only fiberglass rod I own is the lake trout rod. Doesn’t get that much use from where I live.
You could spice either of them up by adding the rec recoil guides…that makes any tb custom rod lighter and more sensitive imo…
