I recently picked up some #16 gill pills to use for more finicky gills and wanted to get some 1 pound line. I have search a few places but 2 pound is the smallest I can seem to find. Just before I started this post I thought about fly fishing leader. Would it stand up to the cold and rough ice inside the hole?

you can get one pound line in trilene micro ice, most shops dont stock it but it is available. I had the local bait shop order me some through csi in sauk rapids.

fireline also offers 1 pound, i have a rod spooled up with it now, it can be a pain to tie, but works well for the super small stuff
