I’ve been looking for a hyfax runner kit for a clam scout. Does anyone know where I can find one? My friend is going to have his wheeler in play this year and I want to minimize wear on my sled on those days I am lucky enough to not have to pull my sled by hand.

Clam does make the hyfax runners for there sleds. There runners are wide compared to the Otter. I purchased mine 2 years ago at Gander Mnt. I was trying to find them on the Clam site but they must be experiencing difficulties at this time. I can’t get the runner page (or a lot of others) to load at this time.

But thanks Jon, I need a set for my new Otter

might be a little early yet, but last winter I ran up to Statz in Waunakee and they gave me some old hyfax that work great on a shack. Just cut them to length, and bolt em on.

I got my hyfax slides @ Fleet Farm last year. They’ll have them stacked vertically in a barrel in the automotive parts dept.

Try Bobber Stop they are listed there. Like $10.00 cheaper than Clam. They may not be in stock. But they told me my kit for my Pro would be in by the end of the month.
