I’ve been exploring and fishing Potters for a couple weeks and haven’t had too much luck. Black horizontal and chartruse\oarnge jigs have been working with a 12″ish raise and slow lower presentation and short jigs near bottom with 10-30 second pauses. My friend and I caught a few today but no keepers. Another gentleman said he saw a couple nice largemouths and had some strikes on rubber but no hook-ups. I finally recieved an autocad drawing of potters’ dredged area from the ranger station in Thompson. (Call for an appointment they’re not always open) or drive to the Causeway, go straight, instead of turning right towards boat landing, turn left on gravel road and 200 yards is an outside billboard with the drawing and some nice aireal photos of the dredged areas. I hope to have more information as I spend time in this area!Happy fishing.
