I recently purchased a Frabill Tri-plex Ranger and broke a small part during assembly. It was totally my fault, I didn’t follow the directions. I emailed Frabill and asked if I could purchase a replacement part, they promtly sent me more than I will ever need! I highly recommend Frabill products-well engineered, practical, excellent customer service and made by our fellow Americans!

I just bought a frabill venture today and your post makes me feel even better about getting it! Gotta love American made products. 
I had purchased a Ranger XLTwin about 3 years ago. The following year they had made some improvements on the same model. I e-mailed Frabill about purchasing the improved parts, one week later I recieved the parts at no charge to me. To me, their customer service is second to none.
I don’t use Frabill but I always like to hear good customer service stories. Thanks for sharing.
