    The bottom zoom on my marcum vx-1 pro quit working! Anyone else had this problem? Its my first marcum I always had vexilars in the past. It still has warranty on it.

    I’d call and talk to john. He’ll take good care of ya. I usually have gotten through early in the morning if i’ve ever had any questions/issues. I’m not sure of the # right off hand but it’s on marcum’s website.

    Call Versa ELectronics at 888-778-1208 and ask for Jon Marshall in Customer Service. He’ll take care of you….great service. Versa now owns MarCum.

    My wife had the same thing happen to hers, John said to turn the gain way up until the bottom has a wide red mark then hit the zoom button, it should lock on then you can adjust the gain back down.
