mikehd Dousman, WIPosts: 965 March 8, 2010 at 5:58 pm #850713 I ran into the same thing. The guy at the repair shop suggested trying to make one out of cork – works ok. Also try a small engine shop as I’ve heard that they are not as expensive as the $14 you found for a new cap.
