Thats 60 inches of Crappies in those 4 fish. Diamond Jigs no doubt are my number one Ri-DONK-Ulous Crappie producer, and have been for the past couple years. You could say it is a confidence bait for me, yet I’m always trying different things for some reason . I catch fish on many of the presentations, but nothing can produce while hole hopping like these Diamonds jigs do day in and day out. I load the baits up with artificial spikes/euros, and like to slightly bend out the hook to hammer big slabs in the brain. I refer to “brain hooks” when the super freaks are inhaling the bait so well your hook ups stick the fish in roof of the mouth, and take a hemo to get it back out!! I absolutely love the Orange/Chart, and Clown patterns. No matter what size the slabs the small profile, yet heavy feel is a lethal combination……Crappies are not happy with you!! Thanks CJS you’ve got the DOMINATE BIG CRAPPIE Tackle right now!!Keep up the good work!!

This is from a 16 inch Donk my buddy pulled out with me last year. I love this pic!! Looks like that Diamond jig is smiling at the camera!! I guess I’d be smiling if I fooled a 2lb plus slab also!!

Yep them diamonds are a very special jig. No matter what your target species is the jigs get down where you want them fast. Sure the gill pill has its place but when you are in a hurry to get your bait in front of some agressive fish the diamond is tops.

LOL!! I’ll tell you what I told a customer today. Tell Bob I want the biggest ones you make. The ones “Daze” is trying to corner the market on; like the boys who attempted to buy all the silver back in the day. Not actually sure off hand which size that is. Daze terminology…..The big ones. BTW Don’t have them all yet either. Don’t overlook the pink ones besides the others I mentioned Feeling generous on secret “DONK” information I guess.

I’m interested in others responses for hook ups. I’ve found with most all fo my ice tackle that a gentle/slight bend out of the hook drastically increases hook up percentages. If your not doing it already it might be another tool in your tool box for landing more big fish. The other thing I’d like to mention is I’ve never bent out a hook on a hook set with these Diamond jigs, and that is NICE!! In the past my tackle would be great UNTIL the one freak fish that broke my heart with a complete bend out, and that makes for a grumpy boy!! Not anymore!! Special request for BOB!! Keep the Quality Pal!! There is no subsitute!!! Hardcore anglers get it!!

Denis they look like size 12 or 14….For pies as big as he is catching I wouldn’t be suprised if he was using a 16 either…That gill pill looks like a #12 as well..
