Mike I believe they say not to put that stuff back into the package because water starts the natural breakdown process. So I think a Power Minnow that’s been used and put back in the bag with other Power Minnows all of them will start to biodegrade.

I Hate live bait and rarely use it all it usualy is good for is getting your hands wet and cold.
