any interest in another get together???

    now i know there was just that big handy dandy get together down on pool 10…..and it seemed to be a great success. i am deeply regretful i wasn’t able to attend .

    so that being said, would anyone out there be willing to have another IDAGTG? a MN location perhaps. i think lake pepin was thrown out in a couple conversations. maybe late february?

    Well..

    The Blue Fleck Invatational is on Jan.31st …..I think something planned for Feb. might work…anything except valentines weekend…as i’m on call and probably can’t make it

    The BFI sounds kind of interesting…
    Is it by invite only?

    i hadn’t heard anything from the so called coordinator of the Blue Fleck Invitational for awhile, so i wasn’t sure if it was still a go

    Yep, just want to finalize an area to fish. I’m leaning towards Lawrence Lake, but that might change if I find a better bite.

    Don’t worry about it Blue. No matter where it’s held, you’ll hear later that the bite was better some place else.
    The problem you guys have up there is the fact you have TOO many places to choose from. That’s what I call a problem!

    you guys should consider a long drive….the king o’ the lakes…Lake of the woods!!… there’s lots of action, it’s just a matter of right place, right time up here…if there’s no bite at one spot…pull up and head down shore a ways, that and there’s plenty of resorts and off lake entertainment around, so you could EASILY make a weekend get together

    I’m all in for a get together near Lake Pepin. I’ll make darn sure I don’t have to work this time.
    I’m sure I could suggest a few places that might have a little bite going that late in the year.

    The Lacroose area, say up on the lake has plenty of area for everyone to move around. The town also has good accomodations.
