Non Resident, short term, Fishing Licenses

My son-in-law and I discovered that Minnesota does a sneaky little trick to people buying “on-line” licenses vs locally through bait dealers and sporting goods shops. The on-line version does “not” offer a 24 hour license, 72 hour is the shortest. Locally the 24 hour is still available as always. If fishing for only a day with someone coming to visit is on your agenda, stop by a local shop and forget the internet. The difference is nearly $20 bucks.
