Need a little help when in zoom mode adjusting the zoom window up or down do you go buy the yellow marks on the right side for setting the correct depth and then that reading being viewed on the left side example 40 fow adjust the zoom window down 40 to 30 so the left side should only be reading ten fow 40 to 30 ft depth? thanks for the help.
thanks dandorn for the post info I think another thing I need to do is adjust the gain as low as possible in order to see my yellow marks when setting the zoom in the water column.
Sounds to me like you are working it right. Right side shows the entire water column with marks showing what depth you are zoomed in on. Left side shows the zoomed in area.
The best way to check is with your lure, use a bigger lure thats easy to read, set your zoom on the right side then drop your lure down watching on the right side until it hits your zoomed area and check to see if it’s working on the left side.
