Any Petenwell resort/lodging ideas?

    4-6 men are going to ice fish the Petenwell Flowage the second weekend in February. We’ve never been there before and are looking for any ideas anyone has on resorts/lodging in the area. Prefer on the lake but will consider anything close.

    Unfortunately there’s not a lot right on the water on Petenwell especially in the winter. The closest that I can think of is the little hotels outside of Necedah. St. Joseph resort is right outside of Necedah on 21. Their number is (608) 565-7258.

    You can check out http://www.stjosephresort.com/rates.html for more details too. I’ve never stayed there, but do go past it on my way fishing all the time.
