About a week prior to that picture taking place I witnessed what would have been my largest walleye EVER simply spit my hook as she swam past the hole. We were on about 4 inches of clear ice, and there was SILENCE in the house after seeing the TRUE BEAST slowly swim off!! I’d estimate the fish to be 32-34 inches with unbelievable girth, but certainly just a guess. I will say DEFINATELY It was the biggest I’d ever laid eyes on……….Pardon the pun.
