The bigger lakes around here are starting to lock down so a buddy and I headed out today to check ice conditions. Found good solid ice in a few spots 5-7″ punched some holes and started searching. Caught 2 decent craps and the 3rd one was the charm.
Thats an Ice Armor Glove next to it for comparison, good start for the season and shes still swimming. Big water is fun but be safe there were a few iffy spots out there. Tight Lines
