    My GillPill’s don’t seem to have enough barb to hold on the waxworms. I’m using twice as many as I do on my other pole with a rocker. Do I have a bad batch or is that a problem?

    What size are you using? I use #12 and some #10’s without with any issues.

    Thats odd …maybe try putting on the waxy a different way, or maybe you got a poor/soft batch of waxys.

    Hopefuly others will chime in and offer you other suggestions.

    I know I went thru a pile of GP’s with not issues on the waxies…

    Can you pull a few out and snap a close up pf them ..I’d like to see the barb to compare to mine…

    ive never had a problem with em… are you deadsticking with too big of a bobber?

    my favorite setup for GPs is a UL rod, 4lb gamma and a frabill spring bobber. and its lites out on pannies
