Clam light-fan

    Has anyone used one?Is fan variable,and light adjustable for brightness.Small or large for a two man…I mean one man two labrador hut,one seat one XL dog bed.Also what do you like for tip-ups.My wife is starting Xmas shopping.

    I personally like the Frabil Thermal tip-ups. Not only do they keep the holes from freezing up but they stack nicely in a bucket

    I have the bigger one. The lights have either off/on but the fan has a hi/low setting. I like it, it throws off good light. The battery compartment likes to fall off, so I wrapped electrical tape around it and will just have to do that everytime I replace the batteries.

    jjkrooked? you been drinking this morning? He was asking about a Clam light/fan for his icefishing shack..

    Back to the light question ….I believe there are a few guys here in the past,that did say they have used them ,I also saw them in a flyer from Fleet Farm and want to check into one myself.For me it all depends on battery time comsumption.

    FISHINFOOL, you have any ideal how hard it is to read thruogh a bottom of a bottle??. Well its alot harder than I thought it would be I guess..

    Frabill was heading my list on the tip up.Good point on battery consumption on the fan-light.Anyone had one long enough to know.Putting it on my list,if I get it I’ll throw some nicad rechargables in it and time it.Sorry didn’t mean to start a fight with the two question in one post.

    Nah, we just like to keep each other on their toes around this site . Besides the best part is catching the sometimes even unknowing goofs .
