I may be headed up to Cumberland WI. this weekend and wondered if anyone has been up there and if they had recommendations on where to go?
    Thanks

I’ve fished Beaver Dam Lake right in Cumberland in the Summer for Bass, and saw lots of bluegills. They stock the lake for walleyes and when the Luck 13 contest was around it was on there for big walleyes fairly consistently. Its a clear deap lake, lots of sand and vegetation. Good bass and Northern lake also. Don’t know much obout the crappie population.
    Good Luck

I’ve only fished Beaver Dam once while helping a buddy pre-fish for a bass tourney, but I saw the same thing Mo did. We did see quite a few gills and even caught a few. They were decent fish. Both Upper & Lower Turtle are not that far from Cumberland & have been putting out some panfish, it has slowed for me a little though. I am gonna hit Lower Turtle for a little while this evening.
