auger carrier

    What are guys using that will work to hold the auger on the atv?? I’m seeing mixed messages on different products. Any difference between Kolpin and Mad Dog products if looking at the gun carrier grips??

    at 20 bucks its a no brainer. Much better than bungee cords.

    The Kolpin gear grips are the ones I have been looking at.
    features

    mad dog with the velcro mod for me, just put the auger head cover on the christmas list!!!

    Ed, I bought the Koplin grips like the ones posted in this thread and they won’t work for my atv. your welcome to try them and see if they will work for you. I then ordered the Mad dog ice auger carrier and put that on but it doesn’t work real well with the front composite rack on the quad. I’ve got the auger strapped down to it but am not happy with the velcro straps. I’m going to try to get it modified this weekend

    I have used these for 3 seasons with no complaints. I back them up with bungees to keep auger secure.
