Me an my cousin went out on Gray’s Bay (east of minnetonka bay) and we were getting hits left and right. We were fishing at only about 6 feet and could still see the bottom. There were pike all over the place. It was a great time but were still searching for a good walleye spot. Anyone that’s familiar with tonka got any tips?

Wayzata is good for walleyes, but you have to find the structure out away from shore. I don’t fish this area, but I’ve read lots of good reports about they eyes out there. Send me a PM. BTW, welcome aboard!!

I spend most of my time icing on the west side. Check out some of the past posts under the west metro forum.
