Glow Devils/Angel Eyes

    I’ve been on the ice the last 3 weeks on Spirit Lake trying to ice a few perch and walleyes.I have been using Glow Devils and Angel Eyes and I’m really starting to like these lures.Tonight we caught 8 perch,6 of them off a perch colored Glow Devil and 1 off a Angel Eye.Also caught 1 small eye off a Angel Eye.The Angel eyes are deadly on the fall.Again I’m very happy with these lures and hope all the new users of them are also.

    I changed the red trebles on a few of my Glow Devils to a single hook with a short dropper chain.I have better luck on Spirit Lake perch with single hooks no matter what jig I’m using.I tip the Glow Devils with a full minnow or single wax worm(grub).I do not use wigglers(maggots)to much anymore.I do use artificial wigglers from Purefishing.
